This is a rare size medium World War II United States Army reversible Mountain Troops parka in size medium. The parka is a pull over style, has a coyote fur lined hood and is light olive drab on one side and winter white on the other and is offered in very good condition. It is named on the interior TED. The right sleeve bears an insignia we have not been able to identify featuring the number 13 inside a red circle
