This is a great "Chapeau De Bras" folding bicorn beaver fur chapeau with original ostrich feathers. It features a bullion cockade with gilt spread wing eagle insignia and Federal Army button. Interior with cream colored silk lining and leather sweatband. Front and back complete with heavy gilt wire fringe (gilt has faded). This example has a worn and faint makers name on the interior lining which reads: RAYMOLD &
