This is a very nice pair of Japanese IJA wire cutters with detachable handles, complete in their original marked case. The wire cutters measure 18 inches overall, with removable 9 1 2 inch hard wood handles. The metal portions are painted the standard Japanese ordnance tan. We could find no markings on the handles or cutters themselves. The wire cutters come complete in their original case, which is in great
