This is a lovely & hard to find WWII officers tan summerweight garrison cap for an officer in the Parachute Infantry of the Airborne. There is a period applied Paratrooper infantry patch on the left side, with officer black gold piping on the cap. The piping of this example seems standard without any serious loss. The sweatband shows minor service wear with a size tag for 6 5 8, a rather small size. A great example,
