Original German WWII Crimea Krim Shield Decoration by Glaser & Sohn - Krimschild British Machine Guns I had lost a lotOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a nice example of a German Krimschild metal shield award, which has been removed from a uniform, so at present there is no fabric included. The shield is in very good shape, and looks to be made of brass with tabs on the back, one of which is marked with LDO number L 58 for the firm of Glaser & Sohn. It retains the finish very well, and has a lovely patina with just a bit of oxidation. The backing plate is
