This is a fantastic original cow's horn powder flask, showing masses of patina! It has aged wonderfully, which is simply impossible to duplicate. There is no substitute for years of use, cleaning, and later centuries of storage. It is constructed in the standard fashion, with a reinforced tip, and a plug nailed in the bottom bearing a hanger loop on the side. The outer side bears the scratched initials of W. D. over the
