Civic, Amber Blend, Amphora Oregon, United States 2021 Size (ml):750 fermentation with indigenous yeast in65% Pinot Gris, 25% Gewrztraminer, and 10% Riesling fermented and matrued in amphora made of Oregon clay. The fruit all comes from Erratic Oaks vineyard in the Willamette Valley. This wine is pale gold with a slight green tinge. On the nose are aromas of stone fruit and lime. The palate is light and fresh with notes of citrus and white peach. The Civic Winery building houses a fully functional urban winery in a renovated 1930s 10,000 sf building
