Aaron Burr Cidery Elder Pomme, USA, 750ml Garganega black plum and a lightAll of our ciders are simply Autumn fermented, Winter aged, and bottled just prior to Spring dryness. Our ciders are dry, naturally carbonated (if carbonated at all), unfiltered, and un sulfited, with no additions like sugar, flavors, tannin, etc. Elder Pomme (formerly Elderberry Apple) 2021 is from 95% uncultivated apples and crabapples and 5% wild, foraged elderberry. Tasting notes are woody and grape like. Bright. Expect it to taste like a pet nat
