What's inside is 100% Pinot Noir from vines planted in 1991 on clay and limestone, on a parcel that sits just outside the Morey Saint Denis boundary. Same hands, same organic farming, same ambient yeast fermentation and mostly used oak as the wines that cost four times as much, all separated by a line on a map. It's
