Formed in Sapporo, Hokkaido, in 1986, bloodthirsty butchers are a truly unique rock band, with a sonic presence and atmosphere unlike anything found either in Japan or overseas. Even now, 13 years after the bands activities came to a halt, their influence shows no sign of fading. Their fourth full length album, 'kocorono,' was originally released on
