Ferments in glass lined concrete tanks. Aged in neutral, used barriques. 1,500 cases. 100% Sangiovese. The Tuscan red: the young Sangiovese, vinified in concrete and in wood. Good for a bistecca alla fiorentina and for any kind of meat.
