Fred Jerbis Vermouth NO20230614 Lagavulin and steakFederico Cremasco revived vermouth making tradition in Friuli using a 1946 recipe he discovered in a late 1800s recipe book. His Vermut features 25 hand cultivated and foraged botanicalsincluding three varieties of wormwoodsteeped and macerated to create a complex, herb forward expression. Citrus and herb dominate the nose while red fruits and spice emerge on the palate, culminating in beautifully balanced bitterness. Unfiltered and bottled at 18% ABV.
