Relatively early picking
A densely fruited nose of stylish
which gives the finished wine much of its signature intensity and tannin profile
mixing with flavors of pear compote
David & Nadia, Plat'bos Chenin Blanc Vintage:2021 Relatively early pickingFull bottle 1,353 g. Deep gold and very tangy in an apples and honey varietal way. Quite evolved already (although this bottle has been in our fridge for longer than ideal more than two weeks). There's a burnished, green fruit' quality to this wine grown on granite. Very satisfying and persistent. (JR)
