Since then they haven't been released in a particular order or with the same maturation regimen, but all are astoundingly delicious. The vineyard is higher up on the hill, facing south but protected from wind, guaranteeing easy ripening. Even so, from the excellent, warm 2019 vintage, this is totally dry with only 11. 5% alcohol.
