Thibaud Boudignon Rose de Loire 2025 NO20231108 all of it dry andFew ross cause the kind of excitement brought on by Thibaud Boudignon's Ros de Loire. Boudignon works almost exclusively with Chenin Blanc, and his wines from Savennires and Anjou are among the best in the world. The one exception to his Chenin supremacy is this perfect pink wine, made from mostly Cabernet Franc with a splash (around 10%) of Grolleau for body and berry notes. He treats his 40 year old Cabernet Franc vines like his best Chenin: organic
