The Vanucci Couloumre family farms organically in the commune of Tallone on the island's east coast, hand harvests, and ferments with native yeasts in concrete to let the variety speak unobscured. The result is medium bodied and bright, with rose petal and white pepper lifting red fruited flesh. Think of it
