Rodez does it the hard way: he macerates his Ambonnay grand cru Pinot Noir on the skins, as if he were making a red, and lets the skins give both the color and the structure. What you get is a rose with real grip and a deep pink glow, not a pale afterthought. Extra Brut at 3 g l dosage, biodynamically farmed, disgorged July 2024.
