"Babinou II" VDF Red Merwah Drinks beautifully straight from theA French natural white wine with fresh stone fruit flavors like peach and apricot from the Chardonnay, along with hints of tropical fruit like mango from the Muscat. The Gamay adds a touch of red berry character, while the Trousseau contributes a subtle earthiness. Lively acidity from the Chenin Blanc keeps the wine balanced and refreshing. With minimal tannins, it finishes crisp and clean, making it a versatile food pairing companion.
