This is 100% Sauvignon Blanc blended across the domaine's three main soils, clay, limestone, and flinty silex, fermented only with native yeasts for a natural, transparent expression of terroir. Pouilly Fume's hallmark is that smoky, mineral edge over crisp Sauvignon fruit, and Eden delivers
