Smoky and nicely layered aromas reflect notes of cool citrus, white flower and mineral reduction. The rich, delicious and surprisingly round medium weight flavors are at once seductive and punchy before terminating in a very dry bitter lemon suffused finish. This refreshing effort is already very attractive, and a few years of aging should help to add depth.
