Sourced from high altitude vineyards on Triassic limestone in the southern Dentelles de Montmirail, this is a Grenache led blend rounded out with Syrah and Mourvedre. The cooler microclimate up there gives the wine more freshness and lift than your average Beaumes red. Expect wild strawberry, garrigue herbs,
