Khikhvi 2024 Fribourg pears and white flowers withA traditional Georgian amber wine made from the indigenous Khikhvi grape in the village of Tibaani in Kakheti. Whole clusters are gently crushed and macerated on skins and stems for six months before being transferred to qvevri for another year of aging underground.
